For your very first appointment we will ask for £10.00 or £20.00 deposit depending on the service, this can be taken over the phone using a credit or debit card and is fully refundable against the cost of your hairstyle, all appointments after this first one will no longer require a deposit.
We do not wish to offend anyone by this, however like many other businesses we are now doing this to reduce the number of no show appointments.
If you realise beforehand that you are unable to make it to your appointment, just give us 24 hours notice and we will make a new appointment for you and transfer the deposit to that appointment, if you change your mind and no longer need the appointment we will refund the deposit in full so long as we have 24hrs notice of this cancellation, alternatively if you do not wish to pay a deposit, you can always call in at the salon, and if we have a stylist available we will be able to do your hair there and then.
Ian has an extensive background with the hairdressing industry, has worked as a trainer for a major international hairdressing company, and is the founder of Chameleons. His experience and skill in all aspects of hairdressing would be hard to match, his expertise in colouring, colour correction, cutting, and styling is outstanding.
